Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the members of Mindarie FC will be held as follows:
📅 Date: Monday, 4th August 2025
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM
📍 Venue: Dalvik Park Clubrooms, Mindarie
Business to be Conducted
To consider and vote on proposed amendments to the Club Constitution, including:
Introduction of criteria and process for awarding Life Membership
Establishment of a Disciplinary Committee
Inclusion of safeguarding and member welfare provisions
Formalisation of an Executive Committee structure
General updates to reflect current best practices in club governance
A copy of the full proposed amendments is available on request.
Quorum & Proxies
A quorum of 20% of financial members is required.
Members may appoint a proxy if unable to attend. Proxy forms are available by request.
